From start to finish, the sensitivity, care, and professionalism shown by Ben and the team throughout the entire process of our Mam's funeral was truly second to none.

On the day itself, everything was handled with the utmost grace. So many of our family members and guests commented on how beautiful the service was and how perfectly it captured a true reflection of our Mam. They made a difficult time much easier to bear, and the day truly felt perfect.

All of the staff at Andrew Grey Funeral Directors have been fantastic from start to finish. They have been exceptionally helpful, attentive, empathetic and supportive throughout. Special thanks to Neil for doing an incredible job of organising Dad’s funeral, Ben for directing it on the day, Gillian and Joanne in the office who were always so helpful when whenever we spoke to them. Dad always said he wanted to be looked after by Andrew Grey as they had previously looked after other family members and they did not disappoint. It was the first time I’ve had to organise a funeral but I was so assured that everything was taken care of. Thanks so much to all of you. When it came to choosing a funeral director Andrew Greys was always going to be our first choice based on their reputation in the local area and I must say they went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was treated with dignity and compassion, taking away all the stress at a difficult time so I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his team. Used Andrew Grey a few times now , every time the service gets better and better , I didn’t think you could improve on perfection but Andrew always manages to go that one step further , resulting in a lasting testament to the deceased and a reassurance to the family .

Pre paid funeral plans made the process so much easier and less stressful too .
