Ben was our funeral director and made us feel comfortable and at ease immediately. He kept us informed via calls and emails and was compassionate throughout. He supported us to arrange a beautiful service and cremation for my father. We as a family are thankful and couldn’t have wished for more.

Recently we devastatingly had the passing of my mother, unexpectedly. We had heard through the grapevine how good Andrew Grey’s services were. As we had never had to use funeral services before, we took a leap of faith. We are so glad we did!! From the moment we called we have been supported beyond belief. Rhonda was our funeral director and she made us feel at ease and comfortable immediately. Rhonda made sure that my mam was well looked after and supported us to arrange a beautiful cremation and service. Rhonda and her team also facilitated out of hours visits to my mam that meant so much to many people. My mam would be very proud of her send off! Big shout out also to Joanne who also went above and beyond throughout our experience. Sadly due to the circle we know we will find ourselves in similar situations in our life and we 100% would not hesitate to have Andrew Grey’s team support us again. From the moment we contacted the office to then being called by Rhonda, we felt very well looked after and most importantly knew that my deceased Dad was too. Rhonda was very clear and professional, but also communicated with great sensitivity and empathy. The funeral service itself was everything we could have hoped for. Ben did an amazing job with my mother in laws funeral. From the first day we met him till the actual day of the funeral. Kept us informed with everything via phone calls to my father in law and emails to myself. He arranged a lovely humanist Chris May for the service who was brilliant. It was a lovely send off .
