When our funeral director Rhonda came to visit us at home she was so calm and professional, put us at our ease and arranged everything that was needed effortlessly with care and compassion, she gave regular updates on arrangements by email and telephone which were very much appreciated.
The day itself was flawless, everything went exactly as Rhonda had advised it would, she is definitely the Mary Poppins of funeral directors 😊.
