We would like to thank you all so much for making our Mams funeral so special. Everything went smoothly thanks to your professionalism and care. We appreciated your thoughtfulness, kindness, support and patience, explaining everything and offering advice. Nothing was ever a problem. Always felt you were looking after Mam with great care and love. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite and understanding of what we were going through at this difficult time and we are truly grateful to you all. You are a wonderful company.

Unsure of where to start I contacted Andrew Grey's team for a bit of advice. From there I received fantastic support and they helped organise everything necessary, guiding the family along the way. There was never any sense of being hurried, everyone in the team was caring and compassionate, and on the day we we're talked through every step with Andrew paying attention to every detail. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Outstanding support and service. Well done everyone.

I’d like to thank Andrew Grey’s Funeral Directors for the exceptional care and compassion shown during the funeral of my husband, David Tennet, on 30th October 2025. Every detail was handled with dignity and warmth, and the support from the whole team meant so much to our family. A special thank-you to Rhonda for handling the dog so kindly, and to the pallbearers for carrying out their duties with such respect — both gestures were truly touching. I’ll always be grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown throughout.

I would like to thank Ben and everyone that looked after my daughter while in their care at Andrew Grey funeral Directors, they were very caring and nothing was a problem to them, they made me feel at ease knowing that they were just at the end of the phone if I needed them. THEY gave my daughter a beautiful send off, and for that I will be for ever grateful for the service they provided.

Superb and extremely caring and thoughtful service from a genuinely family oriented Funeral Director. They looked after my Dad and our celebration of his life better than we could ever have hoped for. Highly recommend Andrew Grey Funeral Directors to anyone!! The service we received was outstanding from the day Nobby died. No request was too big or too small for Andrew and his team. The level of respect Nobby received whilst in the hands of Andrew was nothing but exceptional!!

Special mention to Rhonda who sat with us as a family to fulfil all of Nobbys wishes. The care and support we received from her was second to none. She was so professional and well mannered it was a pleasure to sit and chat with her. No time was too much, we didn't feel rushed and she even kept in contact with us whilst supposed to be on her holiday.

On the day of the funeral everything was well organised and explained to us in full detail of how things would go and that is exactly how it went to a tea no faults or complaints from anyone. All staff involved were immaculate and respectful to us as a family but also to Nobby on his final journey. Andrew you’re amazing at your job!!

We would like to thank Ben and all the staff who cared for dad with the upmost dignity and respect, they guided us as a family through the whole process of arranging all aspects of his funeral, keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring that we were happy with the services they provided for us. We never felt pressured around the finance side of things while we were awaiting for the insurance funds, and following the funeral Ben has kept in touch, the staff from Andrew Grey have always treat our family with care and compassion, listening to our dads and our wishes. We cannot recommend this company enough, thank you for the care and respect you showed our dad on his final journey.

We would like to the give our heartfelt thanks to Andrew Grey and Ben and the team for their professionalism and caring customer care.
